For hosts

I can’t log in

Log in with the email you signed up with and we’ll send you a code. If it doesn’t arrive in a minute or two, check your spam folder. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.

I forgot my link

On the log in page, tap Forgot handle? and we’ll email it to you.

How do I change an event?

Open your studio, tap the event and edit it. Changes save on their own and show on your page straight away.

My events didn’t show up

Open your studio, tap Create event and paste your ticket link from Eventbrite, DICE, RA, Fixr, Fatsoma or Skiddle. If it still doesn’t come through, email us the link.

How do I delete my account?

In your studio, open the menu, then Settings. Delete account is the last card there. It removes your page and everything on it.

For guests

How do I stop messages from Ini?

Reply stop in the chat. Ini stops messaging you, on every event, for good.

Something on a page is wrong or shouldn’t be there

Email info@inside.live with the page’s link and what’s wrong. We read every report.
